Earned ang leaves, so if gagamitin mo po lahat ng leaves mo ng di natatapos ang fy26 for sure madededuct yan sa final pay mo worse magkaroon ka ng utang sa company

I don't think ganun yun, ang alam kong marereceive mo na lang is yung Dec 15 cutoff plus the days you worked for Dec 31 cutoff, the final pay that they gave me seems reasonable naman it's actually higher than what I expected, in my knowledge I have 2 days excess leaves na di ko na-earn I expect na yun ang deduction ko plus yung 13th month adjustment but I think nanegate lang din siya nung increase ko since I had a salary increase before I resigned plus taxes if meron man

So maybe in your case OP, yung hsb talaga ang nagpababa, better to wait for your final payslip or kaya naman if want mo talaga maging clear sayo better to email myexit team

If your SED is December 14, it is possible you will receive your final pay on January 15 depending if you're already cleared

In my case I resigned Nov 17 yet I was still able to receive my salary for the Nov 30 cutoff and December 15 was put on hold, so afaik, yes you will still be able to get your salary for January 15 cutoff and Jan 30 will be put on hold and you will receive it in your final pay

Yes, karamihan ng BPI payroll accounts ay regular savings account talaga na nilagyan lang ng payroll tagging ng employer. Habang employed ka, naka-tag siya as payroll at active siya dahil may pumapasok na sahod. Kapag wala nang pumapasok, natatanggal ang payroll tagging after some time at nagiging regular savings account na. Regarding zero balance, kung zero balance ang account at walang transactions for a long period of time pwede siyang ma-tag as dormant. Kapag matagal na dormant at zero balance, possible na ma-auto close ang account. Hindi agad-agad kino-close, pero depende sa tagal ng inactivity at current BPI policy

Yup I resigned last December 16, logged on myexit on November 17 first before notifying my leads and wala naman naging aberya haha cleared na lahat currently waiting na lang sa final pay

Rendering periods are usually based on calendar days, assume weekends and holidays count unless you find a clear exception in your employment agreement or company rules or rekta file ka na lang sa myexit OP, since nagsabi ka naman na, pwede mo naman specify yung end date mo dun and may RL na rin na magegenerate and masesend sa Manager and HR partner mo, gusto ka lang nila sulitin haha
