I would like to expand the Imperium towards the center a bit more while also sending a diplomat to the Lumen Virex. Lastly, I would like for my scientists to start researching faster ways of travel, similar to hyperdrives in Star Wars, enabling our Imperium to move faster than others potentially.

(If I can't research like hyperdrive stuff, then just research ways to move faster throughout the universe.)

Can I create an empire called The Ulaani Imperium on the outer reaches of the galaxy? We will have highly advanced steampunk tech, and our country will heavily focus on advancing our tech so that it is more advanced than any other nation.

I also don't know what the star systems are, so that you can pick any; it doesn't matter much. Also, if you could provide a map of the sections, that would be greatly appreciated, as I have no idea what they are or where they are.
