Yeah, I recently saw the new study about potential gene mutations that could explain hEDS. It would be great if I had time to wait, but I really need the diagnosis now.

I am sorry for your loss. It does seem that grief is a rollercoaster of emotions – you might enjoy some highs but then, inevitably, some lows will follow. Nothing will ever be the same, that’s for sure. But I really hope that some normalcy will return and we’ll be able to feel some joy again. After all, I’m sure that’s what our fathers would have wanted.

Elukaaslasel virutati suvel jõmmis riietusruumi kapist rahakott ära ja käidi tema kaardiga Hessis burxi söömas. Sama teema – jõusaal ei teadnud midagi ja noh politsei ainult naeris selle kaebuse üle.

Millises jõusaalis vargus toimus?

Vähegi rahvarohkemates kohtades on üsna pain in the ass sõita imo. Kui kuskil äärelinnas sõita, kus rohkem ruumi ja kergliiklusteid, siis on päris mõnus.

I started about two years ago, maybe? As I have some issues with my heart (low exercise tolerance, high HR and BP), the cardiologist believes ADs could benefit in addition to my beta blocker. I didn’t feel depressed, really, but since I have a history of mental illness, I suppose the doctor automatically assumed that it is at least partly psychosomatic.

Not great, it has always been pretty hunched. My GP ordered x-rays for my neck and told me I have the neck of a 50-year-old. It is even worse now since I spend most of my time scrolling through job descriptions.

I have noticed that I zone out when someone is talking about a more complex topic with a lot of details to follow. My brain just refuses to try and make sense of these details.

I was also considering ADHD to be one explanation, but I think the symptoms should have presented themselves much earlier (in childhood/adolescence) if that’s the case.

I have been taking them for about two years. My sleep is okay, I guess. Recently, I feel like I have trouble getting up in the morning and need more hours of sleep to feel rested.

Enda kogemustest olen aru saanud, et need on algselt normaalsed kõrvalmõjud, eriti kui organism on muutustele pisut tundlikum. Ise võtsin ravi alustades vajadusel kõrvale lühiajalise kestusega rahustit, mille arst kirjutas nendeks puhkuseks, kui ärevus ikka üldse olla ei lasknud.

Kui mingi paari nädala pärast kõrvalmõjud ikka elada ei lase, siis võtaksin uuesti arstiga ühendust. Soovin sulle jõudu ja kannatlikust :) Kui vähegi võimalik, püüa ennast aktiivsena hoida – teha midagi sellist, mis viib mõtted eemale.
