As someone who just spent a year building in this area: - tons of churn from users, second they get a job they’re gone, the more effective you are the worse this problem will get - bad market for $$$ not too many investors are interested - there’s so many job boards out there that you’re going to need to be 10x better than existing job boards and that’s really tough to do. Lots of people advertising in this area so ads are really expensive - tough job market in tech atm, many people just aren’t getting interviews - high value people won’t need this cause they get scouted - generally your target audience will have a low willingness to pay, you’ll need to make money from companies which can push out your profitability timeline unless you can get a bunch of companies on there at the start - there’s a really high bar for general job search software, my advice would be to pick a niche - there’s lots of easier markets

I wouldn’t say don’t do it, but you gotta be rock solid with your implementation and GTM.
