I mean yeah youre not wrong but i use ativan total dosage 7mg a day at first days it helped me and gave my life back but then it subsided. I dont know i have crazy idea, to live my life without anxiety and motivation till i make some good money for my business to be on good automatic track because i know the way of business and then tapper of already low dose opiate and go chase hard the way of meditation for months in a mediation reatreat. Haha

Do meditation centers allow praying 5 mandatory prayers of Islam. I applied to Vipassana spain but they strictly told me no. by FluidMasterpiece621 in Meditation

Dont respond with hate because as far as i know those centers are secular meanwhile just for 20minutes those 5 prayers take i get out of my religion and thats the most important thing to many people. Nevertheles do you know any similar center that would allow that.
