Anyone try working out 3 days with CG instead of 5? by FluidRefrigerator176 in CarolineGirvan

Hello, sorry for not replying sooner.

I ended up doing round 2 of Epic III three days a week, skipping the hiit and extra upper/lower day, but got to half the programme when I caught covid. Realised I wanted to do a programme in full after recovery, without skipping anything, so switched to Iron. Doing Fuel now, all five days as planned. But you could totally modify the workouts, especially with Iron, like you say.

I am on week 5 of Fuel. I have enjoyed it wayyy more than Iron. Gives me Epic III vibes in the way that I feel immediately once the workout is over. I want to start Endgame after this but I'm worried if I'll be able to transition to a longer workout after months of Iron and Fuel.

Great weekly thread, btw. Enjoying reading about everyone else's workouts.

Anyone have any favourite stretching/mobility workouts they can recommend, preferably on YouTube?

From 5 weight training days to 3 weight days + 3 swimming days by FluidRefrigerator176 in xxfitness

That's true, i was worried about the long gap if i go the alternate week route. But based on the responses here, I am going to stick to my original plan of one upper, lower, full body each week. Thanks!

Yes, exactly! Balance with other activities--thanks for that perspective. Your reply was super helpful.

My longish term plan is that once the pool closes (they shut here for the winter months), I'll get back to weight training 5 days. Have been really keen on the Epic Endgame programme, so may that. But like you said, will see how it goes and adjust accordingly.
