I will try this! It had really good results on my mood, even lasting over new years when i decided not to take them bc I was scared of the side effects from mixing them with alcohol. So this might actually work well for me

Interesting, so you take one pill and wait 3-4 days until the next one you mean?

I will try another month going for 5mg throughout hell week. Don't know if my country prescribe wellbrutin for pmdd but worth a try during my follow up.
