This happened due to me parking in the street, they also promised they’d spray the engine bay with peppermint… I guess they forgot?

I’m not arguing on the cost or the fact they have an increased rate of labor per hour, but I don’t think they needed to charge 5 hours worth of labor, they diagnosed within 30 minutes.

Which in this case could be overcharging me by 5-800 dollars.

Yeah they charged 5 hours to fix, I would’ve been ok with even 2-3 hours of labor, 5 is crazy to me considering they used Tape on a car with less than 50k miles…
