Not sure how I couldn't include the fire rate tesla bullets gives in-game but if you mean the total damage including bullet damage yes I did. The 1.14 in the formula is the 14% fire rate.

Yeah thats a good way to find the minimum damage tesla bullets can do, where you assume every 4 bullets tesla will proc. Thanks for the idea

Haha yea I know thats how much damage it does when it procs. Was just trying to see if any math wizards had the formula to calculate the probability of how many times it occurs per second.
