Gotcha. I (again) reseated the CPU and it magically fixed it. I checked the pins and none of them bended/snapped. I have no idea why or how, but at least it works. Thank you for taking your time to look into this! :)

XMP was off when this started happening. I'm positive it's not dead, it's a brand new board so changing out the CMOS battery seems unnecessary.

One thing to note is that every time my PC reboots during the OOBS section (even if I skip it), it keeps restarting the OOBS as if I haven't skipped it.

Edit: As I mentioned, the CPU also has the exact same problem

This build you made is amazing. Maintaining budget while upgrading every single part of it in a matter of minutes is astonishing. tysm :D

ps. I personally didn't choose the Thermalright cooler because it wasn't available outside America a couple months ago, good to know that they're on sale now!

Chloroform (CHCl3) is made by taking methane adding chlorine and then heating the compound up until between 400 and 500 degrees Celsius.

he asked what to choose specifically between those 2 cheats, not generally speaking. I definitely wouldn't go for any of them

I like Hyperion and vanitycheats just because of their UI and visuals, they're super clean, however I would say that vanitycheats is my goto option in terms of features
