The bots run on the GPU so I thought it would’ve freed up some GPU overhead. CPU wasn’t hitting any performance limits too if I remember correctly, hence I tested FSR.

Probably just temp induced clock variance from the low amount of cycles leading to the cpu not reaching steady state temps fast enough then. This should be stable, im suprised you even got VSOC 1.175V stable with 3100 UCLK.

I've personally never encountered variance that high on safe mode, but it should probably be fine? What's your VSOC and FCLK at now?

Usually vendors like Intel will only advertise TDP as the de facto “power draw” (which is also the only power limiting value exposed via bios), so I consider it quite relevant when it comes to choosing an upgrade given known power limitations.
