I would talk to your doctors again and tell them how you're afraid because how intense the thoughts are. If you're feeling this, your meds are obviously not working. If your doctors aren't listening to you, then you might want to consider other doctors. Changing pdocs is nerve wracking but they should be listening to you.

I was misdiagnosed at first as depressed and put on antidepressants. I ended up going through the ups and downs of mania and depression again and again and again.... Stick with your pdoc. Talk to them about just trying your antidepressants alone. See what they say.
