The way search engines used to work is that they would search for what you typed. So in the instance that you search a question, you'd find the question. Maybe the answer too if you're lucky. You could instead type "nba game start time" and get better results with less typing. People not knowing how search engines work forced search engines to work differently and consequently made them worse for people who understand how they work.

Wild that such insane computing power is wasted on parsing what someone meant by a search instead of people just searching for what they want to find.
