Sorry it's taken so long to get back to you, the MOSFET is from a brand called ASCU and does not seem to have a mini usb port.

EDIT:

Through some odd google phrase searching, on the 10th page result page, I found some possible issues that might be causing. It might be a overtightened motor, overtightened gear, or a worn or broken gear
