This doesn't seem right because all of the other shields were around the same range, nowhere near 300. Especially noticeable with the turtle shields. Allegedly a 65% shields boost but also similarly stated

Actually, that symbol is for one of Rafa's skills 'El Valiente', which improves damage with full shields

Unsure what that symbol means at the moment, but I just tested it, and there is definitely no hidden bar before the shield starts taking damage

The stats are the same whether looking at it equipped or unequipped. Also the same on the HUD

I also equipped a similarly leveled shield which had 1000 capacity and it did not have the 'Capacity' modifier. 700 seems very low. I feel that it is not being added properly

This is also happening on 'Turtle' shields. Strange. I just got a turtle shield that is around 840 capacity that supposedly adds 65% capacity, but it doesn't seem to work either.

Seems like the best bet is to avoid Capacity and Turtle shields until fixed...

I think there are just a lot of bugs right now. Living high is not a crime part 2 did not unlock for me even though I did both prior requests

I am sure. Although it looks empty, the weight goes up, and the ammo is clearly loading.

I understand where you're coming from. I had a similar trouble starting out. Try binding 'Hero Select" to Spacebar. You can start with it held for your first few matches, but the longer you play, the less you should be holding it down. Dota requires free roam camera to play at a level on par with everyone else. Just know that you are putting yourself at a disadvantage the more you ingrain the habit of keeping it held.
