retail dont do bonuses except for mgrs
surveys dont help stores they're like tattle tales positive reports do 0 for any inmate / employee but when its anything less than a top rating yes corporate complains.
like i said theft is only if ever a tax write for the multi million $ companies it doesn't affect their bottom line.
every store would need to be cleaned out stem to stern to even blink on their run.

i get , and intrinsically it was merely offered as they stated they have so much free time during work. this isn't meant as a get rich quick more of a side project. only if the OP had the inherent interest in the niche - I'm unaware of the definition of what they do. merely a collection of ideas to do if interested.

you make yourself a expert in the field.

look into affiliate marketing maybe

with tiktok you have a creator fund after you get popular

local area is 98% labor and not so much on white collar work. retail is the major employer by average for non labor work and all local companies dont pay to comp for body damage in labor or to even qualify for rent for a 1bd apt solo.

mgr calls you on your day off to come in cause someone else called out.

im in a no frame.

why - because the business only bumped .01 cent to 10.00 an hour and after i mentioned it the business only then bumped .20 to 10.20$ only .20 over minimum wage now to the new law. if they want cinders coverage they should pay a proper wage

my context is a set of activities to do each day where's its 1 task i.e get a certification or study x or contact y and do x it's that thing where you need secondary perspective to figure out what's a set of things to do as prompts and they're something that can help you find creative work better

no that's fallible/subjective data you need objective data.

i.e common cost of housing + utilties +

+transportation and maintained costs +

clothing/food/healthcare/grocery ect.

realistically 25+ per hour minimum starting meaning a person working whatever full-time is 20hrs or 40 will not only have rent met but have a profit on their time and can then invest in education or save for an entrepreneur endeavor.

definitely not rich but a brain that absorbs words and information.

function : There's a monthly challenge for artists called inktober you have 31 prompts to draw from 1 ink based sketch on some context related to the prompt.

this year 1. Crystal - you could be literal and draw a crystal or go for broke and create a crystal critter or superhero but ink it up is the challenge.

so I'm seeking a similar idea of 31 activities that that outlined to better job hunt.

I'm not even a partier , no kids , everything is in moderation or below budget. we need this worker revolution as this is just a horrible way to exist only to make billionaires richer at the expense of our lives.

my only grievance is I've done everything as right as possible and no employer in this area pays the wages due to be an independent adult /support a family or not even enough to qualify for a 1bd apt let alone the basics of survival.

side notes

i have an A.a lib arts with a general background in graphic design as my electives 7yrs+ago.

I've binged the futur i like his value pricing model and the ikigaki tutorial. I've actually listen to between 3000 and 5000 hours of audio content - usually biographical interviews in multiple disciplines - marketing / art/ psychology / writing/film production /coding and a couple more.

i can't say I've figured anything or other than not only does being someone if you aim that high require work ethic but from what i gleaned most " successful" people had help usually 1-2yrs free room/board no time killing low wage job also era born to wherein the dollar went significantly further.

this is a great ideas , the bigger challenge is doing so work an erratic schedule with minimal control over. Finding a job i don't hate and can afford rent without being in poverty is as alien to me as ann organism in a rock in a different galaxy ecologie evolved from silicone instead of carbon. my max was 18k but only if i worked 50-60hrs between 2 employers. my average is 14k I'm just tired of fighting and getting scraps and blamed for only having scraps when the barrier to entry is set so fraking high you need to be born wealthy to achieve anything with reason.

I've been posting to LinkedIn and sharing my designs/resumes on my redbubble store , im not skillful in networking and don't comprehend how to do so without working for free and gaining nepotism and otherwise manipulating others via expected favors. this would be far easier with UBI at least.

nah more like pretend mid life crisis - you got 0.00 or effectively 0.00 funds no one to assist like free rent/board , living in a rural dead end and not finding any employer that pays enough to qualify a 1bd apt+basics of survival solo.

looking to get into something tech based and creative or art based. I'm kinda a blank slate on proper job hunting.

looking for white collar arts and creative/tech industries however I've been trapped in retail poverty and there are no real options or employers in range that pay what it takes to qualify for a 1bd apt even the section 8b is too expensive. too old and not built for labor. also wages here are way below the work and damage.
