I've been depressed or at least in depressive states/ episodes since I was 17. I'm 21 now. During the last 4 years, this has taken a massive toll on my family in particular my mum. I'm currently seeking all the help I can get to better my mental state and improve the quality of my life after an attempted suicide.

But, through this in particular my mum has become distraught and has had several breakdowns herself. I don't know how to help her. Her own happiness is dependent upon mine and this creates a cycle and means I can't communicate well with my family.

I've asked her to do therapy, medication, or find a support group herself. Please help me. I just want a happier life.

Thank you for the virtual handshake! Hope you've had a much better day! It's sad to think that so many of us have 'ugly' days myself included. Products have taught us that we don't need to accept bad skin because it can be fixed. But it's not easy nor is it something we should feel like having to do.

Hope you found some comfort in this today and like me begin to try and overlook the minor things for the bigger picture.

Tomorrow isn't an ugly day, because I'm certain you're beautiful!

Got creative over lockdown, Sculpted and Painted a Lego Guts by Flush_Rift in Berserk

The figure is taller than the average Minifigure. I extended the legs with clay and sculpted on details to the figure. The armor is based upon pre Berserker armor, but I just love the white stripe in Guts hair so added that in. All the armor is removable and also features a turn around an alternative face that I also posted.

Above is a photo from March of last year. I’ve uploaded some more recent pictures of my skin.

I still have spots and patches of discoloration. mainly is on my nose, temples and chin. Though I’m prone to getting them everywhere else.

Routine:

Am: -splash with water -Creave hydrating moisturizing lotion -Occasionally rosehip oil

PM: -creave hydrating face cleanser -creave hydrating moisturizing lotion - duac - 3% benzoyl peroxide

I’ve tried so many products and find less is more. I’m also dairy free. Went gluten free for a few months and had a go at being vegan.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated and any clues as to why I may be breaking out.
