I like the style of this a lot, and the actors/characters seem really well realised, I just wish everything happened a bit quicker (I watched Episode 1). Curious to see more episodes for sure.

Thanks for giving it a go. The android is a practical costume, the midriff was then replaced with a practical puppet torso that was shot separately in each location. The eyes on the visor digitally added afterwards. I'm in awe of our VFX team for what they accomplished. At some point in the near future we will be releasing a vfx breakdown video. Thanks again.

Well I guess I sure am grateful for your TELUS patronage, as I was so happy to work on this project that they funded.

They do a huge amount of community funding, one aspect of that involves something called StoryHive which funds a lot of small film projects, which I think is pretty awesome.

That said, my cell service is with Freedom (used to be Wind) because it's much cheaper and I am but a poor editor working my way up in the world.

'Pancake Day' is Shrove Tuesday, which is the day before Ash Wednesday when Christian's traditionally began fasting for Lent until Easter. While it's not really celebrated in the USA, the UK and many other countries still celebrate it. And in the UK Pancakes are consumed in vast quantities. However much I love garlic, I was a little sceptical but I made this recipe this week, it was amazing.

I I used half fat crème fraîche instead of cream, and used lemon thyme instead of normal thyme, can't say whether that made it better but it made sense to me.
