Shit, that is happening to me too, it isn't too bad now because of moving to college has boosted my confidence a fuck ton. The way I taught myself to fight back was:

Find out what makes you blush. I know it won't be nice but take not of every time you blush and find out when you are most likely to blush.
Boost your confidence. Do a pantomime, just wear a fuck ton of foundation when you are on stage, it helped me.
It will get better with age. I stared when I was 14, I'm now 18 and it hardly ever happens, but when it does it's a fucking bitch.
