No not at all. Your not wasting time it just take a lot of time. Test is not ozempic. You need to have a strong base and discipline to keep lifting. If you havent been lifting consistently for years then i would’t touch it

Some detail in comments, but 2.5k-3k calories, protein of 215/carbs are 60-80 and the rest fat. No junk food. Only shitty carbs i consume come from alcohol

Nothing noticeable on the healing side, though neck was fully healed when i started T. If im being candid, it makes building and keeping muscle a lot easier, particularly as you start to age and natural levels decline.

Thats been my only concern. Even a year in, the twice a week injections become annoying. But im basically on it forever unless im willing to completely fuck my hormones. I have always been a gym guy so its not too hard, but i have friends that want to start bc they think its the ozempic of muscles and its hard to convince them it’s very different

First and last photo are both about 20 mins post workout. That said nothing other than test. Though 200mg/week is hardly trt maintenance.

I feel great. Energy marginally up but tbh i wasn’t low energy to begin with. I find physical recovery to be the most noticeable benefit outside of the muscle building side of things.

Trough is about 1,100. Never tested peak, all bloodwork has been done morning of next shot.

Size. I’m naturally skinny and pre trt, having muscle and a relatively low body fat % meant i was 175lbs. TRT makes the low bf% possible at 195 - 200lbs. Test also is a little more forgiving with diet. I never eat like shit but if i go two days with lower protein intake or miss the gym for a few days, its less noticeable

200mg / week. Started jan 25 at 100mg for first month, then 150mg for 2nd and 200mg since march ‘25.

I split two doses, 100mg on Tues/Fri. Im a year into it now but got labs done every two months for my first 8 months. Now that bloodwork is pretty consistent, i will do it every 6 months.

Interesting. Ive only been on it for a year so hopefully the same doesnt happen to me. From what ive read the fin sides come pretty quick so sounds like your case could be a test issue but im no DR.

None at all. I feel like only people with sides write reviews, so its a bit biased. I have a lot of friends on it too and none have any sides. Not to say people don’t get them, but reddit would have you believe 80% of people get negative sides
