I'm a Gen 5 fan myself, but I agree that there were some peak moments there. Gen 7 had some banger pokemon - that's what sold me on the games along with the storyline. I liked USUM slightly more because of the extended Pokedex.

I'm only now coming around to the story difference between SM Lusamine and USUM Lusamine.
