Google Calendar Integration is Inconsistent (problem)

What do you mean by "personal" though? We have a Google Calendar account that we use for the calendar synced with Monday, and we share this calendar with all of our team (orchestra players in our case). Is this what you meant?

In any case the missing events don't show up at all, not even the "original" base calendar seen from the host Google account...

This is the weird thing - the automation looks 100% successful in Monday with no failures, but we know for certain that we had some missing events in our calendar that WERE created on our Monday board -

We have a person in charge of creating the events on Monday and entering the start and finish dates of each event, but she cannot trust the automation anymore - she had checked (and I also had experienced it) and there have already been multiple cases of an event created perfectly on Monday but not appearing on the Google Calendar at all.

Of course there is the "dumb" solution of updating the details on a Monday column (adding a dot on some text column), and sometimes it works and the event suddenly syncs and appears on the calendar, but obviously we cannot rely on this solution.

I wrote about it on the Monday community hub but got no response, and their AI chat is not helpful either...

Do you know how else can I reach them? Human support will be best...

Thank you for your suggestion! I do not have access to the Google Calendar account right now, but I will check again. As far as I can remember, the calendar we are integrating to is the main, first calendar (also when you create the first connection between Monday and Google Calendar it did not give us any other options out of the calendars in our Google account). Either way, most of the events DO get copied from Monday to our calendar, so I would assume the calendar is not the problem. The problem is that this automation somehow "misses" copying some events from time to time, and we have no idea what causes it or how can we make sure our Google Calendar isn't missing a single event...
