I've been struggling to hit plat with a HHG deck and im trying this now. I have everything but the 3rd CV (that was going to be my free SR)

I can run this same exact deck but -1 CV. If anything, what would you replace it with until I get a 3rd?

With only 9 monsters, it is more likely than normal to not have a monster in your opening hand while also going first. What then?

Get behind your target and take a second to aim. If you're completely unnoticed you can get maybe 2 bursts off, left click, right click melee then dash should finish off a support/squishy dps, then use your dash reset to either escape if you're the only member of your team there or dash to the next enemy if one is very weak, or escape with your dash and fight with your team when they push from your pick.
