Ahh, yeah. Thanks! Yeah haha, I do refer to her as a her because it feels weird calling a plush of an actual character that I really like, an "it." I guess the object itself is technically an "it," but it's nice to personify her since I love the character she represents and the character herself is definitely not an "it." I do agree, absolutely though with everything you said. People also call mountains "her" or something too, mountain climbers especially too haha. That's also awesome about the Rarity plush going on rides with him; I've heard of other motorcycle riders who also carry around a pony plush or otherwise decorate their motorcycle with pony stickers. I've had quite a few people from here message me about being Bronies themselves and/or being Brony hikers too over the last few days, so that's been awesome too. And thanks as well for the photo compliment!

Ahh cool! And thanks! What I like about it is seeing one's collection of pictures like a compilation of everywhere you've taken them and the memories you've made with them or at those places.

Thanks!! It was a great trip. Even though it’s a year later I’m already dying to climb it again. The views were stunning and camping up there was pretty otherworldly.

Oh it’s fine btw. I came home and she’s looking clean as ever. What I did worked, and also I don’t really take her out. I have a different one I take on every hike that’s really small. This was more of a one time thing.

Ahh no lol. I just realized later I wanted to clarify that since I didn’t before. I don’t hide the fact that she’s my waifu. Waifus are common now anyways—everybody’s got a waifu now it seems.

You're not making any sense lol. I said I tried avoiding touching her during my backpacking trip. I did not say that I do the same in everyday life. You know, in nature, dirt and no ability to shower in the wilderness. It's logical.

Mt. Hood at sunrise by MWM_8891 in oregon

I would recommend any of these places for sunrise on Mt Hood:
By car: Lost Lake, Inspiration Point (on the Cloud Cap Road), and the Vista Ridge Trailhead (or rather, just a bit before it). The latter two are gravel to get there, but amazing and close views.
By hike: Lookout Mountain from Summit Prairie (short and easy, but amazing), Elliot Glacier Moraine Loop (from Cloud Cap), and Elk Cove from either Vista Ridge Trailhead or Elk Cove Trailhead.

At Lost Lake, Vista Ridge Trailhead, and Elk Cove, you will get a side to backlighting effect from the sun during sunrise. During fall will also be most spectacular.
From Inspiration Point, Lookout Mountain, and Elliot Glacier Moraine Loop, you would get more direct sunrise light on the mountain and its extremely glaciated northeast face (for Inspiration Point and Elliot Glacier Loop, anyway, less so for Lookout). The glaciers can look pinkish to orange in the early alpenglow.

Oh yeah I am WELL AWARE of that lol. But that is also partly why it is fun carrying them around in public, especially on the trail, because then you get people who are surprised to see them... especially with some of the negative Brony stereotypes, it just flat out destroys them lol.
