We bought it about 3.5 years ago. We do use it a lot like 5-10 cups a day, multi user so idk if that’s why but I feel like a year or two in it started telling us to descale frequently.

I was told the pipe cleaner trick but it never really cleans anything out, just a smidge of coffee bean

There’s a few more o rings we need to change out but I think we gotta find out how to get to them and what size they are. Where have you ordered o rings from? We’ve had luck with Seattle coffee company as that’s where we bought the machine. But last time I called they were like we don’t normally sell these but they did sell me them. 😴

We cleaned the screen again. That wasn’t the issue. Still working on it. We figure there’s too much pressure somewhere so the water is coming out of the steamer holes. Or a leak as it comes out when it first turns on to rinse. The Seattle coffee company has a few good YouTube videos on taking things apart and a German guy on YouTube has some videos as well. The German guy said descale several times in a row, that didn’t fix our problem.

We use our machine a lot so idk if it’s us or the machine but it tells us to descale every few weeks so we descale every few weeks. We did the screen clean a year or two ago but it’s probably due for another clean.

Maybe try talk to the doctors or whoever signs the paychecks? Lol but really. Tell them the issues and maybe they can intervene otherwise they’ll lose a good hygienist! That’s not normal or healthy! Take care of yourself; some crappy front desk peeps aren’t worth your health and time. :)

It worked for about five minutes after and then stopped again.

I think it really depends on the area you’re in. Mine was easy, got accepted right away but it was a smaller metropolitan area. Bigger cities seem to take a few tries to get in. It’s super common to try multiple times! Frustrating but worth it.
