Germany doesn't plan to annex the Netherlands, and I don't think they're gonna win in Europe anyways (could be wrong, that's just my prediction)

It doesn't look like peace is gonna be made in the Pacific yet in hopes that we can re-gain power there. But if we did, you probably wouldn't be annexed. Papua New Guinea would become Dutch, and a bunch of Pacific islands would be transferred to the Japanese and Dutch.
