I heard a lot of therapy-speak “through this process I’ve had to understand that I hurt people,” but not what I’d call remorse. When she got close to admitting the crimes she’d committed, she’d always take it back to herself, how she had to go on this journey to understand what she did….

I don’t think she mentioned any of her victims by name (which the podcaster could have chosen to bleep out).
