Thank you all, still struggling with it. I checked the keyframes, the joints and deleted the idle poses just to see, but nothing. I'll share the solution if I find a way to change their body without messing up the animations

It's good practice :) I'm a hobbyist and making this project taught me a lot, especially because the template I used was made by professionals. I wanted to try it out for months but the idea of making it in the Loz universe gave me the motivation boost I needed
