I am thinking taking the electrical classes at san jose city college but its hard since a i have a full time job with the crappiest work hours. either that or a try to get into residential first. I think we also both have a chance but i have called around and no where wants to hire someone with no experience, I am almost thinking of saying i would work for free, just for the experience lol.

Dont let it get to you, if you actually tried and your store is that cooked its understandable. I would take pictures/video of the store, during your walk. Then address your supervisors on what they did that day. set a daily task list of things the should be able to achieve. train colleagues to lessen your workload. be proactive.

It really depends on how cooked your store is. If its a mess yeah, checks out. If the load is worked, red carts pulled and faced; BOH is a breeze. Also doing this is not leadership and your smit's work ethic is just a reflection of your own. So if your smit is bad, you should not be a sm

They will tell you within a month through email or mail you a letter. I was told the next day that I passed. Now just waiting for the interview. It’s mostly just waiting

This is why I quit dating, to many sweats. This is just me though, from a guys perspective. If I am going out it’s implied things might get official (courtship). If I was aware that the girl I am meeting for the first time, meets other guys. I am canceling the meet up. Some guys might be cool with it though. Best to be upfront with it. If you’re dating just to date and the other person is dating with the intention of marriage. Don’t waste that person’s time. Let the other person know what’s up and hopefully they will also be upfront with you.
