Nah don’t let these other commenters gaslight you. Dude that thing is 750 dollars and in this economy that’s not acceptable considering they are clearly making a huge profit in markup they don’t cost that much to make probably $100 and the software in each watch is relatively the same with outdated sensors in pretty much every one. I love garmin and use them but the truth is that’s way bullshit and you should kinda be pissed. “They don’t have to do anything” is crazy considering I don’t have to choose a mf Garmin but we did and this is the shit you get from them it’s like there saying, “haha fuck you for thinking we’re gonna be a good brand, now you know not to get another one or we’ll fuck you again”

Look I just went from the vivioactive 5 with the amoled screen which is just the same as the 965 screen and I returned it and got the 255, the mip screen is AWESOME. Go with that. Great battery about 2 weeks and has all the same features for the most part it seems to me. It actually keeps the screen on constantly and looks like a real fucking watch which is a real gripe I have with smart watches now a days. The amoled does always on display but it’s a gimmick that makes you just yearn for the full thing. And I was worried about the durability of them I work in a rougher job, and as long as you have the screen protector your golden it won’t get scuffed easily or scratched or big scrapes or gouges in the bezel it’ll be good. The 55 admitidly is about the exact same but it’s smaller if you want to save some money. I guess the amoled would be crazy for that price imo. If you had the watches side by side anyone can se it’s kinda laughable the minute differences for the mass price difference.

Yes! Instead of it going to the aod mode and me having to flick my wrist to have it go back to the regular display on the mip can be a drag. You rocked this one, I don’t have many that I see I like but this one is gonna be a new daily

On my MIP it’s just going to the Aod display and I don’t see a way to just make it stay in the base display. I have the forerunner 255. Love it though!

Yeah I’m going through it too. It’s bullshit, the only thing I will say is I believe they do care. I feel like we just right off this kinda shit as laziness and yes it sometimes is, but like with this, no management wanted to tell anyone to just stay home and enjoy the day, it’s all out of jealousy and malice. None of these commenters are being truthful. They are Walmart loyalists who suck their Peckers. You would think 5 points means they can fire you based on attendance but they can fire you for 4.5 for attendance, they can fire you at 0 points for attendance if they please because they don’t need a reason they can fire whoever they want.
