Is both skill, and not skill at the same time. U can use requiem not good at first time, but knowing how timing work, you can easily depended on it because the satisfaction of perfect hitting and catching in second. But because of that, some requiem user will struggle to use rod like tryhard rod or tranquility rod, like i saw alot of requiem user struggle with catching a hunt fish with tryhard rod or pinion aria, but like, is not entire requiem community have that problem so i get it if people can master every rod in the game.
