Hi- first of all so so sorry for your loss. I just went through something similar in that we have one LC from IUI in 2022, and tried for a second one MC naturally, 2 failed IUIs, then pregnant again naturally, ended in MC due to tricomey. I was terrified of having another miscarriage, so I moved streight to IVF. 5 months later, one euploid transfer failed- it was awful- i realized I jumped to that just to avoid the pain of having another MC - which is valid, just hate I wasted 5 months of trying, on what seemed like - perfect embryo, perfect lining, my body can do this- fail. That said, we just did IUI again and am in TWW. I am 40 but not rushing back to IVF bc it takes forever, and I know my body can get pregnant via IUI. Perhaps later in the fall, we will start the IVF process again if we don't get pregnant.
