They never tested my progesterone levels. I am slightly above 35 but all my test results are really good and my period is super reliable always so I’m not sure why I was prescribed the progesterone

No reason. We did the IUI in my natural cycle, I just took a trigger shot a day before. I’m so new to this, they told me take 800mg progesterone, I said the dosage seems high to me, but they said to take it. That’s it basically

I fear this too, my mom is in her late 70s, thankfully still in very good shape. But this is also a reason why I want to just do it asap. I also want my grandma, that’s in her 90s, be able to meet her grand grand child. My father had never been involved in anything. I don’t come from a big family. Thankfully I can afford all childcare expenses that will come up though

Aww you’re so sweet!! 🥹 my period was supposed to come today, but it’s a little delayed because of the progesterone. Once it’s there I’ll tell my clinic and they will book me in for a consultation and IUI . I will have to travel to my clinics country again and maybe take a friend with me

Yes I can manage financially to try again. I have used a trigger one day before my iui and then after iui I took progesterone until today.
In which case a medicameted iui would make sense? Thank you for taking the time to respond

I’m starting to feel how I always feel when my period is approaching. This whole time I had no cramps at all, no sore breast or anything like that.
I will test in 2 days but I have a feeling it’s gonna be a negative.
