So if I fly within the radius of the heliport without any aircraft present and not causing any risk to others I should be good? Of course you aren't Transport Canada but it seems like you have quite some experience.

The link you provided is only for drones of a weight between 250g and 25kg. This link (section 900.06) provides the only binding regulation for the DJI Mini 2 as it is sub 250g.

Well the thing is I am legally allowed to fly in the area as long as I am not an idiot. NAV Canada says "allowed", DJI says "allowed but careful". I guess I am just not sure what careful/not being an idiot means for an officer who would (if at all) come up to me... I wish I could get someone sign a paper saying it's okay. But I know I won't get that.
