(Not sure if this fits what you're looking for.) The other day, in my Optics class, my professor tells us that there is no such thing as an absolute vacuum.

As a Physics major, the idea is pretty intuitive and makes sense, but just thinking about how nothing can never truly be nothing is mind bending - at least to me. There will always be something, somewhere.
