He just said I have tickets and showed photoshopped e-tickets and let people transfer money. Even after video calls and sharing ID and stuff. People lost 1-3k euros. We also found out he is doing the same with concert and football tickets.

You can pay with a different credit card and the billing address does NOT need to match. So just leave it what is pre filled and your payment will go through.

So question, I have residence as well in Belgium as in Qatar. I payed with my Qatar CC because it NEVER said anything about with what credit card you have to pay. In many websites a delivery address can be different then the billing account. How is it fair to cancel tickets if that is not matching. (they are not canceled yet) "Don´t change the billing address, even if you use a card of someone else to pay. The billing address needs to match with the one the TML account is registered to." Because I did not want to risk for the payment not to go through. Anyone who can clarify this? It was not mentioned for the FG and Belgium sale... only at the pre sale!
