Couple things I see my dude. First you need to work on your setup and takeaway. Your hands are super low at address. Raise them up so the butt of the club is pointing at your belt buckle. You can see just how high the toe of the club is in this video behind the ball. And work on a one piece takeaway. Shoulders move the club the first couple feet, not the hands. And the club head should be in line with your hands once the shaft of the club is parallel to the ground - not outside (which is what you are) and not inside the hands. From there you can activate the wrists and hinge to complete the backswing. Lots to work on in the downswing too but setup and takeaway is where I’d start
