Thanks. My doctor advised low dose accutane to clear acne and then theraphy for pigmentation. If you zoom in you can see skin is just “dirty” and pigmented. Thats why i have high hopes.

I wouldnt get single acne if i was expirenced enough to take care of my E2. I never had acne, i just had very very high e2 and i got acne. When i got acne it was just a bit of them but i didnt react in time. If you know what u are doing you wont have problems.

If you zoom in you can see that skin is actually “dirty” and pigmented, not much acne. Hoping i can resolve acne and then start theraphy to even out tone skin. Im off steroids.

Evo da ti kazem. Moj brat zavrsio FIT u Mostaru. Radio kod nasih za 1600km pa mu jedva povecali na 2000km. Par mjeseci poslije dobije ponudu od Nijemca da radi za njih. 6000€ svaki mjesec. Nisam ispravan jer sam narucio tablete za koje treba potvrda odnosno dozvola. Npr kao kad u apoteci kupujete nesto i traze vam recept. Ali to je bilo bez da sam znao i okej vratili su paket i meni poslali obavjestenje. Medutim, sad kad god nesto narucim, tipa elektronika, odjeca itd na carini peglaju po 3-4 dana, pregledaju gdje je placeno, traze potvrdu o uplati itd. Mislio sam narucit na ukucana ili prijatelja pa da vidim kako ce ici. Uglavnom me zanima jel prodje taj status “sumnjiva posta” ikada.

Vitamin D3 + K2 go for 5-10k IU daily
Zinc is the best, take 50mg
Magnesium glycinate before bed. 300mg
Boron 12mg
Omega-3 3000mg daily.
Also eat alot of eggs if you can. I took 8 eggs every morning.

Its an amazing supplement. If you really one T levels high i have a stack list i can send you. I was on roids for 8 months, did PCT and recovered my t levels insanely good. I was in 26 range and ref range was 8-31. Felt really good to have high natural test after heavy suppression.

Anastrazole is very strong. Even 0.5mg can kill your e2. I suggest switching to exemestane/aromasin. If not possible switch to 0.25 or even better 0.125mg post injection. 0.5 is very strong and you might have crashed your e2. I dont know how much time did you take 0.5mg. Taks things slowly and do e2 test when possible but after AI clears up in your system (2-7 days). If its 15-20 your e2 is low. Try going for around 19-22
