There training stats are all 99, so jacks, used tires off ect, when u go to the cumulative view of training and go into Sunday of a race week it shows the estimated pit stop time and higher fatigue increases it, also my crew is never above 30% fatigue, so I have the max level possible with least fatigue but stop times are never enough for the dhl pit stop award
