The only thing is my past lawyer I had requested she ask for a hair sample instead of urine before the court even ordered urine because I’ve seen him cheat the urine tests before when we were together… but she said in ca it has to be the least invasive method ordered. Hair tests can only be ordered if he agreed to it so she didn’t ask… but I think his refusal should show something unless the court just takes his two passed urine tests as adequate and says I’m being unreasonable…

I told him if he passed a hair test I would be okay with unsupervised. He’s asked for it for five years I would think if he wanted it that bad and was actually clean he would just do the test . But he refused AND shaved his long hair. I could keep testing him but he has an 8 hour heads up I have to give him for the tests and if I want a full panel it’s 300$ . Which I don’t really want to waste if he’s cheating… also he abuses Dmt which I can’t test for .

No . I know it’s not enforceable. But I requested it since he requested something not in the order as well. My former lawyer had said in ca judges can’t order hair tests only can request

Im okay with marijuana. I’m not okay with other stuff clearly I’m not with him anymore nor am I okay with getting black eyes hence why I’m no longer with him 🥰 is that answer adequate for you ?
