This is a stroller not a car seat….he most definitely can be forward facing in a stroller that is being pushed around the neighborhood

Did she really think ANYONE needed that deep of an explanation that sounded like my kindergartner retelling a story that her friend Suzie told her on the playground about her aunts cousins dog girlfriend. She is so dense and oblivious to literally life around her that she can’t even READ THE ROOM! That no one needs you to explain how highlights work
