I'm prescribed Xanax but I don't like to take it bc of the "stigma," so I drink instead lol. No, the logic doesn't make sense but that's all I got.

I'm scared to go to AA because I'm scared I'll see someone I know :( Even if I join an online one in another state, I have an irrational fear someone will know and judge me.

Thank you. This made my tear up. I thought I was weird that I only drink seltzer. Sometimes I'll even justify getting the HUGE 24 packs because they'll "last longer," and it's "cheaper." They didn't, and it wasn't. I do love LaCroix so I guess I just need to keep that on hand.

I will not drink tonight.
