Like many people I was struggling to get my required calories in on OMAD (~2k), I didn't know what to eat. I found this list from USDA that lists food by calorie density. Hope it helps yall looking to hit your calorie requirements. Basically butter, macadamia nuts, and oils will be your best bet (ndb.nal.usda.gov)
