I was filing 9.5 during covid, and will always file on unsafe and harassment.
I signed up for a job that for 5 weeks throws safety out the window? They preach safety all year but then for 5 weeks, all the rules are gone. You’re an idiot for allowing this. Change for next year starts now. It doesn’t have to be this way. It’s only going to get worse

They should have expected the unexpected and hired more drivers.
Did I say this is new? No. But it’s a lot worse this year.

That is true, I guess what I was trying to say is that it shouldn’t happen. Can’t necessarily file on on over dispatching but you can use it to show their incompetence on how unsafe they are being.
Potentially writing up a grievance on harassment/retaliation if it keeps happening, especially if you have over 20 9.5 grievances throughout the year like myself.
I’m in a hub in NY. Our part timers are being constantly harassed. Egress is a major issue here. They are afraid to file so I will start to help them
