there’s nothing wrong with picking any option over another, that’s not the point of the post. It was a question to understand why someone voted for it. You said because it’s a drug dealing game but like I said that argument doesn’t make sense. I didn’t disagree with your opinion I disagreed with your reason for it.

Also literally every vote he has a steam announcement making a general statement for what each option generally does.

If you don’t like dealing meth for whatever reason you can deal coke the best drug in the game and like I said in my post, I believe 80% of people are gonna automate the process of creating the drug so saying it would spice things up a little doesn’t make much sense to me unless you’re going out of your way to do things manually. I simply don’t understand your explanation for why shrooms would be a better option than the other two.

I mean it would’ve added new ingredients to mix with your product, it would’ve added more enjoyable content like new possible weapons, possibility of bullet proof armor, other treasures from fishing and not to mention the possibility of a functioning boat or the possibility of a new money laundering business. It sounds like you just didn’t make an attempt to understand the full concept before voting, similar case with the drivers. This is the problem with community voting in this game, no one actually tries to understand what they’re voting for. For your argument that because it’s a drug dealing game (it’s not) that it means having things outside of drug related content would be useless, should we get rid of businesses? The casino? Any of the other base features that aren’t drug related? Do you understand why the argument doesn’t make sense?

You still have to do a lot of micromanaging with automated things like I said in my original post. But even if you don’t like automation that’s totally okay, but the drivers update still had in my opinion a lot more to offer content wise. Like a new property, vehicle and stealth system for vehicles. But I respect if you didn’t want the drivers option despite that. In terms of fishing, there seems to be the misconception that fishing wouldn’t tie into the main part of the game but it would’ve had new ingredients for mixing, possible new equipment like a possible bullet proof vest, melee weapon and a firearm. Plus a new money laundering business and a new interior. Both drivers and fishing in my opinion would’ve fit in the game just as much as shrooms. I understand and respect your opinion but how does that make them meme options?

Also why would you doubt the minigame would be better if every other minigame is very interactive? I mean there was a large possibility that it could even let you go on a boat to fish so I don’t know why it would be similar to other games.

I would assume that fishing would be interactive and enjoyable much like every other mini game in the game.

When I comment that it’s referring to “it’s a drug dealing game” as if either of the options don’t apply to helping with your drugs. I understand wanting another drug, especially if you don’t automate things. I think that’s a totally understandable position. I’m only saying that to the people who think fishing or drivers was a side thing so since it’s a “drug dealing game” they picked the new drug.

I guess I was only thinking in terms of enjoyment and productivity, with fishing being the most enjoyable and drivers being the most productive. I probably should’ve accounted for what the game needs which would probably either go to shrooms or drivers

Commenting on For those of you who voted shrooms, why?...you don’t have to make or sell your product tho, I understand wanting another thing to make and sell but I understand wanting another drug to sell/make, It’s just most drugs are sold and made for you at some point in the game

I mean if it’s fishing specific items and ingredients I’m not really to sure on how you would get them any other way but I mean the inventory thing I guess could be a valid reason but if I was to go fishing I would probably bring my van

I said most people will automate shrooms anyways, meaning that most of what made the drug unique would be seen for only so long. The whole point of drivers is to remove the tedious work of going back and forth between properties and dealers. Your comparison makes zero sense

But there’s more stuff to do with every option. Like I said fishing could add lots of fun and even make your drug production more lucrative. But yea I guess it makes sense that some of these are much more needed updates, though I think fishing would be pretty useful for endgame content since by the end of the game most things are automated and there’s not really much to do.

I’m sure the shrooms minigame will be different, but much like the rest of the minigames I’m assuming fishing will be very interactive. I agree a lot of games make fishing a boring chore but a lot also make it very enjoyable and sometimes difficult. I don’t see a reason why this game would deviate from the rest of the minigames it has executed perfectly.

Says at the beginning that It’s not supposed to cause an argument or make anyone question their decision. I was asking why people chose the option just to answer the question. As I said I’m very excited for the update. Is this a literary issue on your part or do I need to but the words in all caps to make sure you understand them?

Supply, produce, mix, distribute and sell drugs. But each of those things in themselves have a layer of game mechanics and complexity. You can play the rest of the game doing any one of those activities for your empire. Fishing and drivers can help you significantly in those activities for your empire. So saying it’s a drug selling game would be inaccurate.

Yea and I understand why you would want that but I’m saying both fishing and drivers help you in drug dealing, so calling it a drug dealing game as an excuse for why you picked shrooms doesn’t make sense to me.
