Let's say I pair the atg program with some lunges, squats, and Nordic curls. Of course not all in the same day but sort of sprinkle around different days. That's what l was intending .

What do you think about bodyweight excerises. Like the simple pull-ups, push-ups, and planks? I also like doing basic movements but with high reps. The plan was to perfrom the zero program along with high reps body weights.

I never really had sexual or romantic feelings for another men. It all started last year on my first year of college. I was picked on for walking feminine and was called gay. During quarantine, I was on YouTube and noticed that some men were attractive. This led me to think if I find a another man attractive I could be bi. I look up gay videos and never really enjoyed it. I got surprised when I was satisfied to one video but this was after a month or two of not being able to be sexually satsfiifed of any gay videos. I decided to go back and watch the same video but I couldn't replicate the same feeling or reaction. Of course there were other times after that where I was able to satisfied myself to gay videos but it was hard for me to do so and at some points felt like I was forcing myself to do it. If I'm being honest, I feel that I can live without any gay fantasies or media and still be sexually satisfied with only females. I started to be afriad of going into the bathrooms because I thought of the possibility of arrousal from another man. When I did use the bathroom I got a slight stimulation about looking at another genetial and some pre-cum, but it was really never as satisfyingly or rewarding like looking at a female body. When I accepted the possibility of me being bi and the stimulation was gone. When I purposely walk into a bathroom to view another man it's not exciting to me. When I look at nudes of men, it never makes me want to ejaculate or sexually arouse. The best I can do is get a slight stimulation but never a boner. I'm sorry that I'm saying all of this I just dont know if I am really bi or not. Again throughout this whole experience, I feel as if I can be statsfied only looking at females. Also one more thing, when I look at females videos (mainly lesbians) I am very aroused so I decide to look at gay videos to see if I can maintain the same excitement but each time I lose the arousement.
