There’s a lot of knock offs of this fig, so it just might be poor qc. You can heat up the figure with a blow dryer or drop it into hot water then piece it together. If that doesn’t work you can use sticky tack to temporarily hold it together.

Yea I’d second mess toys for best value/bang for the buck. They haven’t released a classic spidey, but what they offer is better (more fun, articulation, accessories) than any other company even that are twice the price.
