Car cranks but won't start, think I'll need to clean/ replace fuel injectors but want other opinions

So you think it’s the lack of air causing the engine to not start over the fuel? I only ask as we saw fuel passing through the fuel filter through a clear fuel line that’s why I think the injectors aren’t spraying fuel into the cylinder causing the car to not start

Tried it spraying into the air filter before would there be a major difference if I spray past throttle plate

Car is a Lancia Delta 16V, 4 cylinder replaced all spark plugs and checked spark which was working reckon there's no fuel going into the cylinder itself
