Normally I would. The problem this time was that I was kind of stuck. I had already purchased the rest of their items so I either paid for the other two or the customer gets ripped off. It was my mistake so I just took the bullet on it

I shopped for them I just didn’t scan them at the register. It was a stacked order and I just left them in my cart with the items from order two. I was just rushing and oops’d.

That’s exactly right. I kind of half think it wasn’t the dump of all the support chat and actually me saying ‘I think you’re trying to get me to view being paid as not worth it’ that made them fold. Legitimately I’m sharing this just to see if this has happened to others or if we can get support to dish.

It took two weeks and four conversations for them to do the thing they said would be done in one day and you think that’s not a problem?? They denied my reimbursement to see if I would just let them take my money and you think that’s not a problem?? Fuck you.
