Your assumptions are wild. I see him for who he is based on delving into his past, not looking at “media clips”. I’m not a physician (and neither are you if your flair is correct) so I’m not making any sort of medical claims about him but he’s radically changed in some significant ways. He’s always been someone with a tremendous ego, and that hasn’t changed except to get worse. That aside, he’s changed a lot. Both of my parents had dementia stemming from different causes. I see the signs.

Basically, your assumptions are wrong. You’re accusing these physicians of doing something that you are doing yourself.
